General Return Policy
- All returns need to have a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) issued by Duplication Masters prior to returning materials.
- The RMA number must be noted on the outside of each
box returned.
- A copy of the RMA and the order confirmation needs to be
included
with the return.
- Product must be returned in new
and unused condition.
- Product needs to be returned freight
prepaid. Any items damaged during a return are the
responsibility of the customer. * We recommend returns being
sent insured and via
a trackable method.
- A request for an RMA must be made within
21 days of the original
shipment date.
- A nominal restock
fee of 15% will be applied to all non-warranty returns

Cancelled Orders
- Requests to cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible
through our email contact form.
- A confirmation of your request
will be sent within 1 business day. Please note that this confirmation
is a
confirmation of the request only and is not an agreement as
to the status of the request.
- Duplication Masters will process
a request for cancellation in a manner to minimize charges
to the
customer. The cancellation fee is a minimum of 15% and a maximum
of 100%. The fee will be determined by where in the production process the order is. This determination
is the responsibility of
Duplication Masters.

Returned
& Refused Packages
Any returns or refused packages cannot be accepted for credit without
an RMA. |

Discrepancy Policy
We have very stringent Quality Control Procedures that require multiple
checks on every order prior to
shipment. Even with the best Quality Control Procedures a discrepancy may occur.
All discrepancies
must be reported within 3 business days of product receipt. Please use the RMA
return form to notify
us of a possible discrepancy.

Credits Duplication Masters will process all requests
for credits as quickly as possible. The customer will be
notified of any credit to the original purchasing credit card as soon as a determination
is made.
